Return Policy

Preconditions:

1. After-sale warranty is 30 days since receiving the parcel according to the tracking info. (Note: Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of package delivery, and the return period is only valid for 30 days after order delivery.)

2. The product has to be Original New.

3. Second return is not accepted.

4. Shipping fee of returning will be paid by customers because the shoes don't fit, don't like it, arriving late and other subjective reasons.

5. Please make sure the order number you provide is correct. Customers will be responsible for the consequences of sending the wrong order number.

6. Your order will be fully refunded if it’s canceled within 2 hours of purchase. If you decide to cancel/change the order, please email us. We will NOT accept order cancellation requests after 2 hours of purchase.

Steps:

1. Prepare

  • Order Number
  • Photos including the shoes' bottom and shoes box label.

2. Contact support@ekaliy.com with information mentioned to request a refund or exchange.

3. Your request will be handled within 3 working days after we receiving the return items.

Notes:

1. Please keep the original package and all information well as an evidence for us to confirm your items.

2. Items should be unused, undamaged and in original package.

3. Return without contacting our service is not accepted.

4. We will provide return address after checking pictures.Please don't return to the address on the package.

5. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 days of delivery. We offer full refund on any product that is clearly faulty or damaged due to our fault.

6. We are not responsible for the package that maybe lost or stolen after delivery.

7. We are not responsible for any losses arising from providing an incorrect address by customers.

8. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take a few additional business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund and for it to reflect in your account.

9. Any parcels returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay customs charges/taxes, full refund is not acceptable. We only accept 30% refund of the order in this case. For orders we help to pay the taxes (either import or export taxed), we only accept 50% refund of the order.
