Refund policy

30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • With original packaging and tags (if applicable)
  • Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Final Sale Items

Items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

After your returned item is received and approved, your eligible return shipping cost will be reimbursed as store credit (not a cash refund), up to a maximum of $30 USD.

Any return shipping cost exceeding $30 USD will be the customer's responsibility.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email us at hello@ekaliy.com with your order number and your return request.
  2. Our customer service team will review your request and provide the return instructions, including the return address closest to your location, whenever applicable.
  3. Please do not send your return to the address shown on the original package unless instructed by our team.
  4. Email us a copy of the shipping receipt that clearly shows the amount paid for return postage.
  5. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Your eligible return shipping reimbursement (up to $30 USD) will be issued as store credit within the same processing period.

Refunds

After your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item due to our error, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. In these cases, we will provide an appropriate solution, and you will not be responsible for any return shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
